Every part of my workflow is designed to be reliable, organised and effortless so you can enjoy your day knowing everything is taken care of.
I am fully insured with £10 million Public Liability Insurance, which many high end venues require before a photographer is allowed to work on site. My DBS check is renewed every 12 months and I carry a personalised ID card at every event, ensuring complete reassurance for weddings, family occasions, schools and any environment where trust is essential.
Presentation matters just as much as professionalism. I always dress appropriately for the occasion, whether it is a wedding, corporate function, school event or nightclub. There is nothing worse than seeing a photographer in tracksuit bottoms in a nightclub or a wedding photographer in jeans and trainers. My appearance always reflects the standard of service I deliver, and I take care to blend in with the atmosphere and formality of your event.
I arrive fully prepared with two professional camera bodies and a complete range of premium lenses that cover every possible lighting and environment. I rotate multiple backup memory cards throughout the day and maintain several high specification computers used exclusively for editing and colour work. For larger events and weddings, I also bring a powerful laptop and begin backing up your images on site the moment they are taken.
Your photographs are preserved using a professional archival workflow that prioritises long term safety. Images are stored on my dedicated server, duplicated across five separate copies and archived to LTO tape rated for thirty years. These tapes are kept in two different locations for additional protection. Your images are also saved in off site cloud storage, along with additional backups created during your event. To lose your photos, every one of these systems would have to fail at the same time, which is extremely unlikely. Your memories are protected to a standard that exceeds most studios.
I have extensive experience across weddings, private events, nightlife, festivals, council events, schools, performing arts, corporate functions and sports. This range allows me to work comfortably in both calm and high energy environments. My presence on the day is discreet and respectful. I blend into the background to capture natural, genuine moments. When direction is needed for group photographs or formal shots, I step in confidently so everything remains smooth and organised.
All images are edited to a professional standard using industry grade tools and colour workflows. The goal is always to deliver a polished, consistent and high quality final result.
Every booking includes a clear invoice and a contract for you to review at any time. Nothing needs to be signed. Communication is fast, friendly and reliable throughout the entire process. Your final gallery is delivered through a secure online platform and remains available for three months. Extensions are available on request. The gallery also includes a built in print store where you can order premium prints, albums and wall art directly.
