We felt very comfortable in front of the camera and we aren't very photogenic people!! Photos were returned to us in a very timely manner and sneak peeks were sent over same day. "Our wedding day didn’t quite go as planned but thanks to Charles, it still turned out beautifully. Our original photographer sadly had to leave during the day due to a serious family emergency involving her child. It was heartbreaking and we completely understood, but with so much of the day still to come, we were worried we wouldn’t have the rest of it captured. He wasn’t even meant to be there. He got the call, packed his kit, and travelled over on short notice to take over. He arrived calm, professional, and ready to go. Within minutes, he’d introduced himself, understood the vibe of the day, and just blended in like he’d been part of it from the start. From our first dance with sparkles to the candid moments with family and our little one, Charles captured it all. The photos are full of feeling, laughter, and love, exactly what we were hoping for, despite the unexpected twist in the day. We’re so grateful he was able to step in. He really saved the day."
